My AI Products
Your own AI coding team, running 24/7.
Describe the outcomes you want; agents plan, implement and review the work — async and local-first, with you approving before anything ships. Built end-to-end with Claude Code.

Applied AI across the business — platforms I've built, and a team of bots that run day to day.
Experience
A ground-up redesign built for AI tools to ship merchant and carrier apps — now ~50 repositories spanning infrastructure-as-code, architecture & design, a microservices architecture, an MCP server, portals, APIs and more.
A Claude Code skills marketplace, built for the business and shared across the team — internal only.
Running local models with Ollama and vLLM — owning cost, privacy, latency and control.
Bots
OpenClaw agents the business runs through Slack — where our remote-first team essentially lives.

My AI Journey
From self-funded experiments to driving agentic adoption across the org.
It started on my own dime — early, self-funded subscriptions to Midjourney and GitHub Copilot, because I wanted to see first-hand where this was heading. From there I experimented with Augment and Cursor, pushing how much real engineering an agent could actually carry.
I settled on Claude Code as my daily driver — running multi-step work across large production codebases — and took what I learned to the whole company, driving the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development across the engineering org.
